Families in the Cluster
Families and the compatibility of family and career are an important factor for the career development of young scientists. Beside the activities of the host institution to support families the cluster tries to improve family support through additional specific individual measures.
Family in the Cluster
The cluster tries to back up young families through: Child caree for all cluster meetings. Support of and use of spouse recruiting as tool successful for 4 new recruitment processes. Support of young parents with offers for telecommuting.
